Beautiful Yamaha FG-180 Red Label from the Nippon Gakki factory.
The guitar has a crack at the base of the headstock which has been professionally repaired and is cosmetic only so doesn't affect the guitar structurally or acoustically. I know this will put some bidders off and the guitar is priced accordingly. More pictures, including one of the crack, will follow shortly.
The guitar has been professionally set up by an exceptionally gifted luthier who works out of the American Guitar Centre in Tonbridge, Kent, so it sounds and plays amazing. Fretwear is appropriate to age but as part of the set up they have been stoned and crowned so won't need a re-fret for years.
No other issues of which I am aware. Top and sides look great for age.
Comes with original hard case which is heavily battle scarred but still serviceable.
Collection is preferred as I struggle to find time to get to the post office but am happy to discuss other options.
